Hibiwash 4% w/v Chlorhexidine Gluconate is a cutaneous solution containing chlorhexidine gluconate 40mg/ml (4% w/v) for external skin use.
The pack contains 4 bottles of Hibiwash 4% w/v Chlorhexidine Gluconate, with 125ml in each bottle. Both bottles contain the same original formulation and concentration.
The product is intended for skin-cleansing use according to the directions, warnings and precautions supplied with the product. Always read the package leaflet and product information before use.
Important Information
For external use only.
Do not use if you have a known allergy or previous hypersensitivity to chlorhexidine-containing products.
Avoid contact with the eyes. Accidental ocular exposure requires prompt and thorough rinsing with water.
Do not use in contact with the brain, meninges or middle ear.
Take particular care when using on newborn or premature infants, as chlorhexidine-containing skin preparations may carry a risk of serious skin injury in this population.
Avoid excessive quantities and prevent the solution from pooling beneath the patient or in skin folds.
Hibiwash is flammable. Keep away from flames, sparks and ignition sources until completely dry.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store according to the conditions stated on the product packaging.
