The product contains 81g of fibre per 100g and can be added to foods such as yoghurt, porridge and smoothies. It can also be used in selected baking recipes as an ingredient.

Add 5–15g per day to water, yoghurt, porridge or smoothies, according to the product instructions. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Some people may experience digestive discomfort when consuming psyllium husk. Discontinue use if unwanted side effects occur.
