4head 90% w/w Cutaneous Stick is a 3.6g topical stick containing levomenthol as its active ingredient. The retractable dispenser is designed for direct application to the forehead.
The portable stick format allows convenient application without direct contact with the hands. The formulation also contains macrogol 20000 and peppermint oil and is intended for external use only.

Remove the outer cap and the small protective inner cap. Twist the base clockwise while holding the upper section until the stick protrudes. Apply gently across the forehead as required, avoiding the eyes.
Do not use excessive amounts. After use, retract the stick and replace both caps. The product must only be used on the forehead. Follow the enclosed package leaflet for complete directions.
For external use only. Do not put in the mouth or swallow. Avoid contact with the eyes. Stop use if the application becomes uncomfortable or if unwanted effects occur and seek appropriate medical advice. Keep away from sources of heat and out of reach of children. Always read and follow the package leaflet and product packaging before use.
