Rennie Orange Flavour Chewable Tablets are an antacid medicine designed to provide fast and effective symptomatic relief from heartburn and indigestion. Each tablet contains 500mg of calcium carbonate, which works by neutralising excess stomach acid.

The convenient chewable format can be taken as directed without water and features a refreshing orange flavour. Supplied in a 24-count pack, Rennie is suitable for adults and children over 12 years, subject to the dosage instructions and product warnings.

 

 

Important Information

Not recommended for children under 12. Avoid prolonged use. If symptoms persist after 14 days, consult a pharmacist or doctor. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, seek professional advice before use. Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

Calcium Carbonate 500mg per tablet (active ingredient).

Other Ingredients:

Sucrose, Pregelatinised Maize Starch, Potato Starch, Citric Acid, Purified Talc, Magnesium Stearate, Saccharin, Quinoline Yellow (E104) Aluminium Lake, Ponceau 4R (E124) Aluminium Lake and Orange Flavour.

Each tablet contains 887.5mg sucrose and 1.5mg Ponceau 4R (E124).

Allergen Information:

Contains sucrose and colourants E104 and E124. Ponceau 4R (E124) may cause allergic reactions. Check the patient leaflet before use if you have known sensitivities.

How to Use

Adults and children over 12 years: Suck or chew two tablets as required, preferably one hour after meals and before bedtime. For heartburn, an additional two tablets may be taken between these times. Do not exceed 16 tablets in 24 hours. Read the patient leaflet before use
